What can I help with?

Four common situations

You don't have to know what technology or service you need before getting in touch. Start with what you're trying to accomplish.

You don't have to arrive with the answer. We can start with the problem.

01

Something isn't working

A process takes too much effort, information is difficult to manage, systems don't work well together, or something that should be simple has become unnecessarily complicated.

02

You have an idea

You know what you'd like to accomplish, but you're not sure what technology is needed, how difficult it would be, or where to start.

03

You're wondering about AI

AI and automation can help — but they aren't the answer to every problem. We look at what you're trying to accomplish and whether they make sense.

04

A technology project needs help

Requirements are unclear, decisions aren't being made, delivery has stalled, or someone needs to bring the pieces together.

How it works

A practical path forward

Three steps. Start with a conversation. Define the opportunity. Decide what happens next.

  1. 01

    Start with a conversation

Tell me what you're trying to accomplish, what's happening today and what's getting in the way. The first conversation is free.

  2. 02

    Define the opportunity

If it's worth investigating further, we agree on a small piece of work: understand the problem, examine options, determine a practical path.

  3. 03

    Decide what happens next

You receive something concrete — findings, options, a recommendation and practical next actions — so you can act on your terms.

Experience / Why What Up

Experience matters. So does knowing what you don't know.

I've spent much of my career working with technology projects—understanding business needs, coordinating people and technology, solving delivery problems and helping projects move from an idea toward something that works.

I don't claim to have every answer. I do know how to work through a problem: ask the right questions, research what I don't know, evaluate the options and stay focused on what you're actually trying to accomplish.
